The classic short-sleeved design features a convertible collar, double yoke, two back pleats, side slits and a practical chest pocket. For a softer, more feminine take, choose the optional rounded collar and add elastic to the sleeve hems.

There’s also a matching men’s version available, making it easy to create a coordinated look.
