Please note: Printed pattern pieces are included for the non-rectangular pieces only. All rectangular pieces are cut using the supplied rotary cutting measurements, making this a quick and straightforward cut-and-sew project.

Notions Required

• 1¼ yd fusible woven interfacing (20" wide), or 1½ yd if making a fabric strap
• One 18" (40.6 cm) head-to-head handbag zipper for the top closure*
• One 10" (25.4 cm) handbag zipper for the front pocket (View A), or a 14 mm magnetic snap/size 24 metal spring snap (View B)
• One 1" (25 mm) D-ring
• One 1½" (38 mm) strap slider
• One 1½" (38 mm) swivel snap
• 1½ yd of 1½" wide cotton webbing, or add an extra ¼ yd to the exterior fabric (1 yd total) to make a matching fabric strap

Optional

• Fabric glue or ¼" fusible web tape
• ¼ yd of ¼" elastic for the interior pocket
• Snap setting tool if using a spring snap

*By-the-yard zipper tape can be substituted. You'll need 1 yard of zipper tape and three zipper pulls. The pattern is designed for zipper tape approximately 1¼" wide, and the longer zippers make construction easier.
