Please note: This pattern does not include printed pattern pieces. All pieces are rectangular and are cut using the included rotary cutting measurements, making this a straightforward cut-and-sew project.

Exterior & Contrast Bottom

• 10-12 oz. waxed canvas
• Cork fabric
• Cotton canvas
• Cotton/linen canvas
• Denim

Quilting cotton can be used for the exterior, but you'll also need an additional ½ yard of 6-9 oz. cotton canvas or duck cloth (44" wide) for stabilising, plus an 18" square of low-loft cotton batting.

• Exterior: ¾ yd (0.7 m) (or ½ yd of 54" wide fabric)
• Contrast bottom: ½ yd (0.5 m)
• Lining (includes closure, straps and interior pocket): 1½ yd (1.4 m)

Notions Required

• 3½ yd fusible woven interfacing (20" wide)
• 1 yd medium-weight fusible interfacing (44" wide) (omit when using waxed canvas or cork)
• Two 1½" rectangle rings
• Two 1½" strap sliders
• Two 1" D-rings for the closure
• One 8" zipper for the front pocket
• Glue pen

Optional

• 9" of 1" cotton webbing or leather to replace the fabric hanging loop.
